How To Join a Youth International Trip:

Anyone who will be between 18 and 25 years of age when traveling is welcome to apply to join a Youth International trip. (*Some flexibility with this age restriction does exist.)

If you are interested in joining one of our upcoming teams abroad please fill out an application form and get it in to us as soon as possible.

To get an application, or to fill one out on line, click on this link:  Get an Application!

Applications are followed up with a telephone interview.  Teams are filled on a "first come" basis for those who are selected.  Applications are accepted at any time for upcoming semesters, so early ones do have an advantage.  Once an application is received, Youth International will normally be in contact within one week to schedule a telephone interview.

If you have any questions about the application process please contact us directly by email via this link:  Contact Us  Or, give us a call at: 1-720-270-3323.

Program Fee:

The cost per student for all Youth International programs during the 2011 / 2012 season is $9,900 (US Dollars).

This fee covers all program expenses, including all flights and overland travel, all food and lodging, all scheduled program activities (including the cost of all outdoor adventure activities and site seeing etc.), team leaders and in country staff, educational material, and other miscellaneous expenses related to the program.

The only costs that the program fee does not cover are personal items and individual free time activities. Personal items include health insurance, visas, any medical expenses, and transportation to and from orientation, in the USA, at the beginning and end of the program.

Dates for Upcoming Semesters:

The next available programs will run during the Spring 2012 and Fall 2012 semesters.

Dates for the Spring 2012 semester are: February 11 to May 4, 2012.

Dates for the Fall 2012 semester will be from September to December, 2012.

For both the Spring 2012 and Fall 2012 semesters, Youth International will send one team to Asia, and one team to South America. (Programs in Africa remain suspended for the moment due to security concerns in East Africa.)

The Asia team will travel to Thailand, India, and Vietnam. The South America team will travel to Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador, including the Galapagos Islands.

Youth International does not run any programs during the summer months.
